RDA says “If the date of production appears on the source of information in more than one calendar, only the date in the calendar preferred by the agency preparing the description is required.”
The date appears on this piece in both the Gregorian calendar (January 2012 A.D.) and the Islamic calendar (Safar 1433 A.H.) RDA 2.7.6.3 does say that (if you record more than one), dates should be recorded in the order they appear.
ISBD 4.3.4 says “When dates in different calendars appear on a resource, all dates are given, separated by a space, equals sign, space” so my production statement looks like:
